Strong urge to urinate all day
Have been having strong urge to urinate all day. Clear urine with amount varying depending on the interval. Start feeling the urge to urinate just minutes after urination. No burns or pain while urinating. Got routine urine done and no abnormalities were found in results.

It appears to be idiopathic over active bladder. U need to understand that bladder urge and function is controlled by our brain. If our mind is stressed / anxious ( understandable in current scenario) , these symptoms do appear. Solution? 1. Stress relief- don't watch too much of covid news.. it won't make any difference in ur life! U think about taking care of urself and family thats it. Give autosuggestions - " I am perfectly all right" ,, all is well,, it's temporary... Things r bound to improve etc 2. Divert ur mind from bladder and urination-- make urself busy In work/ hobbies/ with family and partner... Etc. 3. Also how much fluid r u consuming... We just need 3 to 3.5 lt of fluid per day. That is 1 glass every 2 hrly... Don't drink more than this unless u do heavy outdoor physical activity. All the extra water u take becomes urine and makes u pee frequently. 4. Normal frequency of peeing is 2 hourly  when awake. Our target is to achieve this 5. If these don't help then a Urologist on consultation can prescribe a pill. However the underlying cause needs to be treated simultaneously too!
Next Steps
try these steps... if it doesn't work.. consult a Urologist
