Strong Smell & Sweat Near Scrotum

Hi Doctor, Thanks For Your Time. I Always Have Strong Foul Smell & Itching In The Scrotum Area. The Scrotum Area Is Always Moistured & Sweat Is Present. It Always Itches & Sometimes When I Feel The Area With My Fingers, It Feels Wet. I Consulted A Dermatologist & He Prescribed Me Calosoft AF Lotion, But It Had No Effect. Please Help Me Out.
