Stroking head pain
Hi. There is a stroking headache on left side of head exactly above the ears. The pain usually is continuous or sometimes 7-8 times a day. My BP is also usually on higher side but not on medication yet. Please help with knowing the reason, and cure.

Care AI Shimmer
Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Paracetamol twice a day after food for headache. For blood pressure I cannot help you because you haven't mentioned how much is your blood pressure. Depending on how high it is, medications need to be started. Lower your salt intake. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
