I can understand your concern. what kind of diagnosis do you expect with just 2 lines of history? you have not mentioned what medications he is taking. is he a smoker or was he a smoker in past? if yes, then for how many years? kindly consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management. thats the best thing that can be done. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
