Hi,for stretch marks prp(platelet rich plasma) is the best treatment which acts by adding growth factors to the area.the time required and number of sessions depends on severity of marks and area to be treated.
For lips you can apply Nmfe lip care thrice daily for atleast 2 weeks and then frequency of application can be reduced or another cream can be prescribed for maintenance.Hope the above information is useful to you.take care.
