Stretch marks
My friend has stretch marks on inner thighs, sometimes it itchs a lot or little. What shall he do to avoid itching and how can these stretche marks be reduced? Can he use hair removal cream on stretch marks to remove hair?

Hi there.Stretch marks on inner thighs may be due to loss or gain in weight or due to use of topical steroids in the affected area.These may be itchy at times but u may have to rule out superficial fungal infection of the groins to be certain.Stretch marks are generally difficult to treat but topical retinoids may help to an extent.In addition Microneedling and Lasers may be of help.For the itching, lactocalamine lotion for local application may provide relief.Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg SOS may also help.
