Stress Urine Incontinence
I have started with 3rd month of pregnancy. I have sudden urge of urination and same may/ may not happen. How to strenthen my pelvic muscle during this time.

Try an exercise.. Wen u liedown, tighten ur both thighs together as much as possible count 10 n release slowly, keep repeating this exercise 10- 15 times twice r thrice a day .. Once u start u can do it while u sitting tok..it strengthens ur muscles n improve bladder tone over wk to 10 days !
