Psoriasis is such a kind of disease condition, which takes a long time to treat.
It's better if you consult, as it needs detailed case taking to treat you, as we say in Homoeopathy, "treat the patient, not the disease"
Eat balanced food. Avoid brinjal & fried foods
Drink more water
Do some exercise, like walking.
