Stress fracture
I'm recovering from a stress fracture of the tibia. Before I was diagnosed with it, I used to run 50k a week. After diagnosis i rested for 50 days and started running 2-4k 3 days a week for a month. Now, after 4 months, running 7k on the road is slightly painful. Is that ok? I've increased mileage and speed gradually.
