I'm recovering from a stress fracture of the tibia. Before I was diagnosed with it, I used to run 50k a week. After diagnosis i rested for 50 days and started running 2-4k 3 days a week for a month. Now, after 4 months, running 7k on the road is slightly painful. Is that ok? I've increased mileage and speed gradually.

stress fracture is due to over strain, if your fracture healed completely, start slowly step by step ,improve the stamina later if run more not a problem
