For last 4-5 year this problem is growing . Any kind of emotional stress cause a kind of pain in my heart . some other kinda of symptoms i m noticing are:- (1) sleep too much (2) always exhausted (3) negative thoughts (4)a kind of pain in heart in excessive emotional stress (5) can't concentrate (

I guess your going through lot of stress.. you need a break from your routine...kindly tk help from your family and friends..try to relax. you can as well try meditation or yoga...if symptoms persists consult. a physician for gen checkup
