Strength training.
Hi , I have Hypothyroid condition currently using thyronorm 50 mg, I also have cervical spondylosis but currently no pain, problem is I lack strength and don't have strength to lift weights , I want to hit gym and do strength training under a good gym instructor could you recommend any good supplement which has no side effects ? Do I need to appear for any tests before starting the supplement like uric acid or etc..? Please list the test names..

You can go for multivitamin and High protein Diet salads You should Do routine blood test with uric acid
