Strange pains 5days after alcoholpoisoni

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I think I had alcohol poisoning last Thursday. I was in a stupor & don't remember any ambulance or anything & I woke up in hospital. Had nausea for next 1/2 days & felt awful. 5days later, my stomach feels uncomfortable, mainly when I lie on my back, can feel my pulse strong there too. I have soreish lungs & my right shoulder is starting to hurt.
