How can I stop orgasm that get pimples and acnes . I don't masterburate . I have rashes under genitles and I have lose testacles . After bath 1 hour from their they become loose . I wear bumchums and no underwear . And I am in A/C always then this is not going. I never scratch that part. This part is white with no irritation. What kind of rash is it?
