Menstrual issue. For many months i was getting period twice a month, then twice a month but only spotting ... now since 3 months no period at all ... I am 23 . Got my 1st period at 10 yr . I checked for thyroid and sonography, results were normal, which other test should i take ... I hope these are not menopause symptoms, why m I not getting peri
