Stool Softener in ayurvedic
I am on Ayurvedic medicine from last 2-3 months, for the treatment of piles and fissure. Right now I am taking arshodhavni vati, trifala guggul, gandhak rasayan, praval pisthi, aarogya vrat, abhayristha syrup, shivakshar paachan churn and Kaishore guguul.
My problem is initial stool is sometimes little hard and due to this I have bleeding and severe pain after defaction. When stool is soft, there is no major problem.
I do not have constipation problem just seeking stool softener medicine in Ayurvedic.
Please advise any stool softener, which I can take with above listed medicines. Only issue is with initial anus opening time stool which is hard rest is soft.
