hello, high protein n FIBEROUS diet as oat,food habit to regularise plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice,butter milk etc,salad two times a day before lunch n. dinner. Morning evening walk. Like warm water when u aroseat least one glass n than walk for ten min which PROPOGATES bowel movement. Otherwise regular use of ISABGOL Huck a plant prouct three tsf two times a day with water to be taken fast as it swells with water so when it reaches in gut swell n form bolus n PROPOGATES the bouls as stool. It can be taken for long time without any harm, light diet, no outside food avoid spicy fried greasy n junk food till your bowel habit normalize. Ok
