Stones in kidney
In reports finally they are saying left mild hydroureteronephrosis due to mid ureteric calculs of 7.9 mm. So is operation required for this or we can solve problem with tablets.

If no significant pain episodes ..you can continue medical therapy for spontaneous passage of stone for 2to 3 weeks...if the stone is there in same location after treatment or if you're getting repeated pain episodes ...get that removed endoscopically..
