Stone in the common bile duct
Greetings and good evening! Last month I had a severe abdominal pain after lunch which was followed by chills and jaundice. I got diagnosed with a stone in the common bile duct that got stuck. After 3 weeks of some tests and confirmation of the stone,  the ERCP procedure was done and the stone was removed. Gallbladder is also removed and jaundice has now cleared up. My only concern is, will that obstruction and jaundice cause liver cirrhosis in the future?
