Diagonsed with mild right hydro uretero nephrosis caused by a proximal uretero calculus. A calculus measuring, 7.2*3.4mm is seen in proximal ureter approx 4.0 cm away from pelvic ureteric junction

Hi.. As per literature  <7mm Ureteric  stone has got 70% chances to passes with medical expulsive  therapy  which ur doctor must have prescribed to u... As of now jus take those  medicines..  We can wait for a period of 15 days..
Next Steps
Repeat  USG KUB after 2 weeks to check whether  the stone has passed or not.. if it is at the same position  then u will require  ureteroscopy
Health Tips
Have plenty of fluids Review with ur doctor immediately  in Case u get fever,not able to pass urine, intolerable  pain and vomiting
