Stomoch problem

I have light fullness and burning sensation in uper stomoch from last 7 days.No heatburn,no diaheria,no vomiting l, no black Stool .Burning intensity increase or sometimes decrease .I will have appoinment after 3 days but what are the chances of stomoch ulcer?? I worried about it.No past of acidity and indigesion.

Avoid tight-fitting clothing. Clothes that fit tightly around your waist put pressure on your abdomen and the lower esophageal sphincter.

Avoid foods and drinks that trigger Gastritis. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make Gastritis worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn.

Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.

Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.

Hello chances of ulcers are less gastritis should be ruled out Drink plenty of water Have food on time Avoid spicy foods smoking alcohol Have food 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
