Hi sir im mokeem I have 30 years old i have too much problem in my stomak pain and jalan and not digest food if eating anything beafore one weak so please sir help me

Take tblet pan d 40mg half hour bfre breakfast 15days Take bland diet, syp sucrafil o 1 tsp 3 times a day Avoid spicy and oily food If problem continues, get uper G I scopy done
