I appreciate your concern towards your child.
Abdominal pain might be of innumerable causes. As you have already subjected him for investigations and everything came negative. But sometimes in this age group there will colic causing severe pain and It will go on by it self. All you need to do is to massage his belly when ever he cries. If the pain is nit Youngstown then consult a child doctor for your assistance.
