Can GERD cause stomach pain? I took a monthly medicine course for GERD but still my stomach pains. Especially when i don't eat my breakfast in the morning. Is my kidney paining?

Pain during fasting indicates peptic ulcer...get an endoscopy done.. And get yourself tested for H pylori also.
