You should do a few blood investigations to check your hemoglobin levels and other parameters such as thyroid, CRP, urine analysis, Vit B12, Vit D and find the underlying cause and have it treated. You would require a proper evaluation as your history is suggestive of more than 1 problem. I would advise you to eat healthy and clean, drink plenty of fluids, exercise regularly, sleep a minimum of 8 hours at night and destress yourself with techniques such as yoga, meditation and sleep. Visit the nearest ER and get evaluated.
