Stomach spasm and gas
I keep feeling heavy in lower abdomen most of the time with frequent gas production. Sometimes it pains after defecation. Sometimes feels like intestines are aching if I try to compress stomach inwards and this is followed by stomach pain after eating most of the time. Tried many medicines from pre, pro biotics, mebiz SR, Kinipride etc. But no relaxation.
