Sir my son of 3.7 years is not regular for lettering he goes after 2 days and it's very painful for him very tight lattering he tiered during lattering and very lazy about same Plz help me for smooth and regular lattering

Please check on his water intake, give adequate water, fluids, fruits and veggies rich diet which helps to smoothen his stools. Make a regular habit of making him sit in toilet daily in the morning or after food so that he l start having regular bowel habits. Don't stress or force him to do. If still problem persists, let us know or show your pediatrician for medication
