Stomach related issues

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I was diagnosed with typhoid three times. And constantly have problems related to stomach like intestinal swelling, food poisoning, liver swelling etcetra. I am a student and lives in hostel. So i was looking for some suggestions diet related so that i can avoid such problems in future.
