IT IS DUE TO OVERNIGHT FASTING.
AT LAST WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO SLEEP EAT FOUR FIVE BISCUITS WITH WATER OR MILK, YOU MAY NOT FACE THE PROBLEM.
OVEREATING ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM.
