Dear Sir/Madam. Sir I have a problem of acidity in stomach from past 3years.I was using a pantop 40tab. And it was giving me a comfort. But I loose my weight about 8kg from past 7months. FROM last 4days I have a lot of pain continuously in stomach. The pain is like I have a cut in stomach. I feel vomiting, constipation. I don't want to eat any anything. PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. AND PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
