Stomach problem
Hello sir. I am so sick from last 4 days. My fever comes in day and gone at evening. I feels so much cold. After 2days on 3rd day my stomach start paining I feel vomiting. I try to do but I can't. So I buy a pill from medical store name Dabur Pudin Hara and I eat this. Now my fever is gone but my stomach is still same problem. New problem is my nose breath smell like pudin hara tab. urin's smell like pudin hara and waste also smell like this. This smell is very disgusting Please solve my problem

Please go and check immediately with a physician if you have a relapse of fever. Try Triphala for stomach pain, 1-2 tsp before bed at night with normal water. Also take Hinguashtaka churna 1 tsp + Mukta Shukti 5 mg(approx. 1 pinch) 3 times a day. This you would definitely get in a Patanjali medical store.
