I've been on sertraline 50mg for just over two weeks now, I've been getting the usual drowsy/rundown side effects but I've recently gotten stomach pains that happened about 4/5 days ago. I was abroad in Spain when this started but it's continued since I've gotten back home, it's making me rush to the toilet every hour. It won't go away, please help

Dicresed sexual desire and difficulty in ejaculation ( in men ) are most common side effects with sertraline. However stomach pain, loss of bladder control are less common side effects they are very distressing. If you are unable to tolerate this side effects you can go for another antidepressant like tablet esctalopram 10 mg . Take suggestions from your psychiatrist before taking another drug.
