Have stomach pain since yesterday on upper side while coughing and sitting on side. Stomach is bit tight also

Take ppi with domperidone

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end elevated while sleeping
