Stomach pain occasionally and flatulence
Last year he got abdominal pain and lose stool urgently to be defecated. In stool test revealed blood and Entamoeba coli. Doctor give metronidazole and ppi. Two month later again did stool test and blood rbc was negative.But entamoeba coli was there in one sample of 2 consecutive days Till then no watery or losely form stools but sometimes upper abdominal discomfort with farting and stomach growling present intermittently. USG normal. Lost weight 2 kg. What can be done to be cured? Now he dont take any medicine.
