Last night I was having heavy stomach ache n burning, now m having chest pain very sharp with shoulder n back pain n dizziness can it due to gastric prblm,?? Or is it something serious related to heart Should I consult to doctor immediately??plz reply

It should be because of gastritis..if there is no relief do show to a physician
