I'm pregnant, expecting my 4th child. At night after eating double cheese pizza had a sharp pain on the stomach, the pin seem to rise and fall in waves. Finally in the morning pain was less. After lunch (Mexican food) pain came back expanding to the right shoulder and to the chest, nausea and vomiting came also
