  3. Stomach pain. To stop my stomach pain?

Stomach pain
I am having stomach pain since 2-3 weeks. After I eat food stomach pains, so I vomit after 30 mins. I also have got dry mouth, concentrated toilet of yellow colour, I'm am drinking enough water then also toilet is coming less. Having weakness because of vomiting. What can be the problem? How to stop my stomach pain?

Please consult a doctor. If you are passing yellow coloured urine then jaundice can be one of the possibility. Hence see a doctor
