Stomach pain for 6 yrs old
Complaint of stomach pain then became bit severe n vomited food yesterday at 8.30pm.yesterday he had vegetarian only.still slightly stomach pain persists n he is tired.what food to avoid n any medicine to be given ?no fever. Gave yesterday rantac syrup 30 minutes before vomiting.
