Stomach pain, diarrhea, vagina odor

2 days ago I started having a sour like vaginal odor. I began using an over the counter infection cream. Last night I woke up with vaginal blood. I also woke up from severe stomach pain and diarrhea. For the past 2 months I have been having increasing stomach pains but I’m not sure if it is all related
