About a week ago, I started experiencing acidity, which gradually turned into a throat infection. My throat became red, and I noticed some white spots, which made me anxious. As the acidity symptoms reduced, I began feeling pain in my lower abdomen, around the navel area. I also started having loose stools—not watery and without blood, but softer than usual. I consulted 3–4 doctors, and one hospital visit confirmed a throat infection. They prescribed medicines for the throat and constipation.
After starting the medication, I began feeling extremely weak and dizzy, especially during the first half of the day. I find it hard to even stand up in the morning, but I feel slightly better after 5 PM. My throat infection seems to be improving slowly, but my stomach pain has increased. I also noticed that one of my wisdom teeth is growing, and the tonsil on that side is more swollen. There are also white spots under my tongue, which don’t hurt but worry me.
