Stomach pain & back pain

I'm getting pain at the upper center part of stomach (where the ribs meet), if I eat anything little spicy or any outside food. I have tried "pan d" tablet before eating, still it's not working. If I vomit everything that I have ate, my pain is getting reduced , otherwise I'm getting unbearable pain. give me suggestion

Take esmoprezole 20 mg daily twice before food for 2 weeks...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..consult physician if symptoms persists.
