Stomach issues
I have been suffering from ibs from three months and tried several medicines normaxicin ganaton etc. Acidity issue Also seeing blood in stool and have cramps sharp pain in abdomen. Please suggest how to overcome this disorder as I don't have any relief. CT scan endoscopy is normal. But now loss of appetite, nausea, bitter taste in mouth, pain after eating food. Can I have pregnancy while having such issues?

Crampy abdominal pain with blood in stool, if prolonged, needs evaluation. Stool test to be done. If necessary a colonoscopy should be done. Better to consult the doctor who has performed the endoscopy and advised CT scan.
