My daughter is ten years old .from past three days (22-06-2022)she is having stomach infection.she had dinner outside and next morning she had high fever and and loose motion.fever last for one day but still if she eats anything she goes for motion.its not very loose now but she does want to eat anything becoz she feels like if she will eat anything she would have to go for motion.she is taking zifi 200mg two time a day (started today)taking lactic acid tablet,zicon syrup.kindly help me.
