Day 1: My wife has complained of vomiting sensations since morning and has vomitted a few times. Gave following medicine
Day 2: Pantop d (empty stomach)
Oflox tz and lactobacilus based Probiotic medicine (after food) twice a day.
She had loose motions though (watery) 6 times during the day.. no vomiting. wht 2 do nxt?

Trust ur Dr n really maintain hydration n what diet suggested is awesome, but consider to consult ayurved Dr for boosting digestion as such diarrhea is 1of cause of piles/fissure/disturbed digestion so Apunarbhav non recurrence management

Diarrhea with vomiting suggestive of gastroenteritis , it could be transmitted from person or food , encourge her to drink as she already dehydrated, give her soft bland food with curd, buttermilk , .Avoid spicy ,oily ,high fat containing food ,Don't worry GE is self limiting disease ,it will subside in one or two days , if its persistent consult general physician.
