Stomach heavy with constipation
I have stomach heavy in morning. I have taken twice rabesec dsr, pantocid dsr, rabifast xl, pan l but not completely relief. Right now i am taking unidnzyme and nurobion twice with softovac and dulcoflex but not relief.

Do this 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increas the fibre in your diet. 3. Increas your fluid intake. 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7.
