Stomach gas bubble
My brother has a catch/cramp in the upper right part below the chest. We administered Eno last night and a rantac, it was ok. After he tried puking, it seems he felt the air bubble move to another place, which made him feel comfortable and a little better. Again after 2 hours he felt the air bubble move again and has the same problem.pls advise.

Hi it seems he has developed Gastritis. Give him cap PANTODAC DSR ( 1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days. Tab. ZINETAC 150 MG AFTER DINNER FOR 5 DAYS.
