Its now a week after having romance with my boyfriend ...l am a virgin...and since that day have been having cramps in my lower abdomen ...today started having stomach aches more like nausea ...at times like running tummy

Your symptoms suggest like more of Tummy upset.... Gastroenteritis! Go to your doctor and take medication. If you miss your periods go to the gynaecologist.
