Sir I feel burning sensation in my stomach and I feel very hungry & I start shivering and sweat flows from my head why ?

hello der burning sensation in stomach may be due to gastritis and increased hunger and sweat may be cause of diabetes kindly consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
