Hello doctor I am having an issue in my personal life which means I am in love failure and so I don't know I know that she won't come back but I tried so many ways to forget her face memory send this all I tried alcohol and so much I tried but there's no use for the past 2 days I am not getting sleep properly which day I am sleeping just 2 to 3 and half hours daily I don't know what to do actually I tried sleeping Vaish also alprazolam 0.5 MG yesterday night I took 2 tablets tofay 4but no sleep
