Stomach ache and vomiting
She had unprotected sex around 8 days back now she is having stomach ache and vomiting and had fever too, can she be pregnant?
she took i-pill within one hour after sex
doctors said its just food poisoning but no test was done for confirmation.

Hello..missed regular period is a sign of pregnancy ...vomiting , nausea are late signs in pregnancy ,not an early sign... I could be food infection as told by doctor or gastritis... Ask her if she had anything spicy or consumed liquor ... Antacids and PPIs would subside her symptoms.
