I would advise you to to get assessed by the treating doctor as bleeding from a suture site after 6 months is abnormal. So kindly get assessed and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause.

Bleeding from the surgical site after 6 months is abnormal , if he or she has strained or lifted heavy weights it could be a reason  , infection could again be a reason,  please check for , pain or tenderness over the region , if there is a rise in body temperature .
